UAX #14 rev. 57, Section 5.1 QU and HH: misspelt “Initial_Punctation”, “Final_Punctation” and “word-initally”

The QU description names the General_Category values “Initial_Punctation” and “Final_Punctation”; PropertyValueAliases.txt has Initial_Punctuation and Final_Punctuation. The HH description says “word-initally”.

Consequence

A reader who searches the Unicode Character Database for the value names in the annex finds nothing.

Proposed correction

Correct the three words.
