LineBreak.txt 18.0.0: do the 85 unassigned code points in Supplemental Arrows-C default to ID, as the header says, or XX, as the data says?

The header of LineBreak.txt says all unassigned code points in U+1F000..U+1FAFF default to ID. In the data, 85 unassigned code points in Supplemental Arrows-C (U+1F80C..U+1F80F up to U+1F8D9..U+1F8FF) are XX, and LineBreakTest.txt uses U+1F8FF as XX.

Consequence

U+0061, U+1F8FF, U+0062: as XX there is no break; as ID there is a break on both sides.

Proposed correction

State which is intended for these code points and align the header or the data.
