AI Act, Polish version: Article 41(5) refers to Chapter I, Section 2, which does not exist
The other 23 versions refer to Section 2 of this Chapter, that is Chapter III, Section 2. Chapter I has no Section 2.
Consequence
In the Polish text, the requirements that a provider's technical solutions must meet are referred to a section that does not exist.
Proposed correction
Replace Chapter I with Chapter III (or this Chapter) in Polish Article 41(5).

Akt w sprawie sztucznej inteligencji, wersja polska: art. 41 ust. 5 odsyła do nieistniejącej sekcji 2 rozdziału I
Pozostałe 23 wersje odsyłają do sekcji 2 niniejszego rozdziału, czyli do sekcji 2 rozdziału III. Rozdział I nie ma sekcji 2.
Consequence
W tekście polskim wymogi, którym muszą odpowiadać rozwiązania techniczne dostawcy, są odesłane do sekcji, która nie istnieje.
Proposed correction
Zastąpić w art. 41 ust. 5 wersji polskiej rozdział I rozdziałem III (lub niniejszym rozdziałem).
