2.5 reads “less than 30 mL/min”. Table 2 reads “GFR 10 to 30 mL/min”. Example: At GFR exactly 30 mL/min, 2.5 and 8.6 do not place the patient in severe impairment, so the 875 mg tablet is not excluded; Table 2 places the same patient in the row "GFR 10 to 30 mL/min". The same text is in 163 labels from 34 labelers in the DailyMed release of 29 October 2026.

Consequence
