IAC Rules 10.7 give 'seven days' to apply to the AIFC Court on a rejected challenge; Arbitration Regulations 22(3), which parties cannot cut, give thirty

IAC Rules 10.7: a decision rejecting a challenge is "without prejudice to any right a party may have to apply within seven days to the AIFC Court under the Arbitration Regulations, Article 22(3)". Article 22(3) of the Arbitration Regulations gives the challenging party "thirty days after having received notice of the decision rejecting the challenge", and Article 22(1) makes any procedure agreed by the parties subject to paragraph (3). The AIFC Court Rules (rule 27.28) also fix 30 days for this application. Because rule 10.7 is "without prejudice to any right", the 30 days are not cut, but the Rules state the wrong period. The unofficial Russian translation also says "в течение семи дней" (within seven days).

Proposed correction

Please replace "within seven days" with "within thirty days after having received notice of the decision" in Article 10.7, or refer to Article 22(3) without stating a period.
