Court Rules r.28.7: 'Part 23 (judgments and orders)' applies to small claims, but Part 23 is the Abridged Procedure; judgments and orders are Part 24

Rule 28.7(9) lists "Part 23 (judgments and orders)" among the provisions that apply to small claims. Part 23 is "Abridged Procedure for Claims"; "Judgments and Orders" is Part 24. The words in brackets are part of the rule. The unofficial Russian translation repeats "Часть 23 (судебные решения и приказы)", while its own contents name Part 24 "Судебные решения и приказы".
