Foundations Regulations s.14(1)(g): UBO particulars "required by Part 16" of the Companies Regulations; that Part is 14-1 (Part 16 does not exist)

Companies Regulations V8 end with Part 15. The UBO Part was renumbered from 16 to 14-1 by A2, in force 01.03.2019. The Foundations Regulations, adopted after that (26.03.2019), cite "Part 16 (Ultimate Beneficial Owners)" in s.14(1)(g). The same act cites "Part 14-1 (Ultimate Beneficial Owners)" in its application section near the end. The heading in brackets saves the meaning.
