s.26(1-1)(c) requires "the particulars mentioned in section 13(4)(j) (Formation of companies) for each Director and, if applicable, the Secretary". s.13(4)(j) is "the particulars required by Part 14-1 (Ultimate Beneficial Owners)". The directors and secretary item is s.13(4)(h): "the full name ..., nationality, address, business occupation (if any) and date of birth of the individuals who are to serve as the Directors and, if applicable, the Secretary". The words "for each Director and, if applicable, the Secretary" fit only (h).

Proposed correction
