Companies Regulations s.92: the consolidated PDFs on aifc.kz make the fine clause refer to itself; Amendments No. 2 and the AFSA online text number it correctly

In Amendments No. 2 to the Companies Regulations (in force 1 March 2019) section 92 has subsections (3) on the periods of a disqualification order, (4) "A Person must not Contravene an order under subsection (2)" and (5) "Contravention of subsection (4) is punishable by a fine." The consolidated PDF versions on aifc.kz from V3 to the current V8 drop the number (3). The text of (3) runs on as part of (2), the prohibition becomes (3), and the fine clause, now numbered (4), reads "Contravention of subsection (4)", so in these PDFs it refers to itself. The Companies Regulations on the AFSA website (read on 24 October 2026) keep the numbering (3), (4) and (5) as adopted, so the problem is limited to the aifc.kz PDFs.

Proposed correction

Please restore the numbering (3), (4) and (5) of section 92, as adopted by Amendments No. 2, in the consolidated PDF on aifc.kz.
