ARXO-2026-0121 · Reported
LCR powers: appeal and procedure refer to '(4)(a)-(e)' and '(1)(d)' instead of 9.16(5)
BBR 9.16(5)(a)-(e) lists the AFSA's powers on the liquidity coverage ratio. Sub-rules (6), (7) and (8) refer to "(4)(a), (b), (c) or (e)" and "(1)(d)", but 9.16(4) and 9.16(1) have no such paragraphs. The sister rule IBB 10.25(6)-(8) cites (5). The Framework Regulations still give procedure and appeal rights, so the meaning survives.
Proposed correction
Please read "(5)(a), (b), (c) or (e)" and "(5)(d)" in 9.16(6)-(8) (an editorial correction under section 19(3)(a) of the AIFC Regulations on AIFC Acts).
