AFSA online CIS shows rule 10.1 in the 2018 wording, without Exempt Funds of Foreign Fund Managers added by Amendments No. 2 (2019)

The AFSA online CIS still shows 10.1 in the 2018 wording: "This chapter applies to all Funds managed by Fund Managers located in the AIFC." Since Amendments No. 2 (2019), 10.1 also covers (b) Exempt Funds of Foreign Fund Managers. The online text therefore leaves those Funds outside 10.2, 10.3 and 10.6.

Proposed correction

Please replace rule 10.1 in the online CIS with the current text.
