The consolidated versions V12 to V17 on aifc.kz and the AFSA online COB show 13.2.10 under the heading "Principle 8 ‐ Client Money and Client Assets", which is the heading of 13.2.8. The rulebook therefore has two "Principle 8" headings and no Principle 10. The text of 13.2.10 itself (complaints) is correct.
