AFSA online COB does not include the Amendments No. 14 changes in force since 13 January 2026

Amendments No. 14 to COB commence on 13 January 2026, except the changes to COB 1.2.2, which commenced on 13 October 2025. The consolidated version V17 on aifc.kz contains them: COB 8.1.2 and 8.1.4 now cover firms that Provide Money Services, the Guidance under COB 8.2.5 refers to PMS 9, COB 15.1 has two new paragraphs, and the new COB 15.5 sets a deadline of 15 business days for Money Service complaints. The aifc.kz page for COB says that the current version can be found on the regulator's website. The AFSA online COB (checked on 23 October 2026) shows none of these changes: COB 8.1.2(a) still refers only to Investment Business, COB 15.1 has one paragraph, and there is no COB 15.5. The page shows no deleted (struck-through) text at these places.

Proposed correction

Please update the online COB to include the amendments in force since 13 January 2026, including COB 8.1.2, 8.1.4, 15.1 and 15.5.
