GEN 2.2.9: the duty on an Approved Individual leaving binds only "the Authorised Firm"

GEN 2.2.9 is triggered when an Approved Individual ceases to be employed "by an Authorised Person", but the duty to request withdrawal of the status within seven days and to report the reasons falls on "the Authorised Firm". An Authorised Person also includes an Authorised Market Institution, to which GEN 2 applies, so no one is bound when an Authorised Market Institution's Approved Individual leaves. Paragraph (b) of the same rule already says "the Authorised Person".

Proposed correction

Please align the duty-holder in GEN 2.2.9 with "Authorised Person" so that the requirement expressly covers Authorised Market Institutions.
