FEES Schedule 1, table 1.2: footnote marker "Fee (USD)*" without a footnote

Amendments No. 17 deleted both the asterisk and the footnote of the modification fee tables in Schedules 1, 2 and 3. V18 and the online rulebook removed the footnote everywhere and the asterisk in Schedules 2 and 3, but kept "Fee (USD)*" in Schedule 1, table 1.2.

Proposed correction

Delete the asterisk, as in Schedules 2 and 3.
