LFSS 2026 art. 18, II: the 2026 Finance Act cited under the number and date of the social security financing act itself (corrected on 23 May 2026)

As published in the Official Journal of 31 December 2025, article 18, II, of Law No. 2025-1403 (2026 social security financing act) referred to « la loi n° 2025-1403 du 30 décembre 2025 de finances pour 2026 », that is, to the 2026 Finance Act under the number and date of Law No. 2025-1403 itself. The text adopted by the National Assembly left the number and date blank, so the discrepancy arose at publication. The rectificatif published in Official Journal No. 0120 of 23 May 2026 had already corrected it before Arxo's check of 22 October 2026.
